With every roof assessment, we provide a free photo inspection report that outlines any issues we find during the inspection. Our staff has been trained under the direction of HAAG Certified Inspectors and we follow the same inspection protocols that most insurance carriers employ while adjusting claims. When Should I Have My Roof Inspected?

After Hail, no matter the size. After wind if you have missing or lifted shingles. Before buying or selling a home. The first two reasons are obvious, and of course you will want to inspect any property you intend to purchase. However, as the seller it is equally important to have your roof inspected prior to going to market. Don't let a buyer's inspector surprise you with a negative report, which could lead to further negotiations and possible delayed closing.
