After a significant storm event, before the sale of your home, or every 3 years at minimum.

Insurance Carriers impose strict time limits on how long after a storm that you can claim damages. Sometimes, you may sustain damages which shorten the lifespan of the roof, but may not cause immediate leaks or other obvious issues. If you wait until surface damage develops into leaks, it may be too late to file! It's always best to have a professional assess the condition of your roof and educate you on your options.

Our free inspections include checking the shingle condition, flashings around chimneys, skylights, walls and the like, gutter functionality and, of course, documenting visible signs of damage.

A deductible is a specified amount of money that the insured must pay toward the cost of repairs.

In the case of roofing claims, the deductible is already subtracted from the first payment sent out by your insurance provider upon claim approval. In Texas, contractors are required by law to collect this amount in full. (HB 2102. Sep 1, 2019)

Our installers are certified a wide variety of roofing solutions, including Shingles, Synthetic Slate, Shake, Metal, Liquid Applied Coatings, Modified Bitumen (rolled roofing) and a number of Single-Ply Membranes (TPO, PVC).

All residential roof replacements come standard with a 3-Year Workmanship Warranty, non prorated. This Warranty covers the full cost of repairs in the event that the product was installed incorrectly. There is no need to register for this warranty, and it is transferrable one time upon the sale of the property. Based on the system installed, your roof may be eligible for certain extended workmanship warranties up to 50 Years. Please ask your Blue Roofing sales professional for more information on these programs.

Unless stated otherwise, all minor repairs include a 12-month warranty.
