What We Take On
Multifamily repair and re-roof
Apartment, condo and townhome properties, worked building by building so units stay occupied and management gets a clear scope, schedule and punch list.
Scope a multifamily propertyLarge-loss restoration
Hail and wind losses across multi-building portfolios. We document the damage, work the claim scope with your carrier's assessment, and carry the roof and roof-related trades through completion.
Start a large-loss reviewNew construction
Roof scope on ground-up commercial and multifamily builds, sequenced to the construction schedule and coordinated with the other trades on site.
Send a project for pricingGC bid work
Hard-bid and negotiated roofing scope for general contractors. Send drawings, specs and the bid date — you get a takeoff and a number you can put in your proposal.

TPO and single-ply membrane
Mechanically attached and adhered TPO on low-slope decks. Membrane repairs, seam and flashing work, penetration detailing, and full tear-off and replacement.
Modified bitumen and built-up
Torch, cold-adhered and self-adhered mod-bit assemblies. Cap sheet repair, base flashing rebuilds, and re-cover or replacement over existing built-up systems.
Composition asphalt (multifamily)
Steep-slope shingle work at apartment, condo and townhome communities — unit-by-unit repairs, phased building replacements, and full property re-roofs.
Metal, coatings and roof-related trades
Standing seam and R-panel repair, edge metal and coping, gutters and collector systems, and the additional trades that come with a large-loss claim.
Run by a Commercial Construction Manager
Blue Roofing was founded in 2018 by Andrew Holden, whose background is in commercial construction management. That is the lens commercial work gets run through here: defined scope, documented conditions, and a schedule that holds up next to the other trades on the job.
Blue Roofing is family-owned and works across North Texas. Honesty, Accountability and Hospitality are the same standards on a 40-building portfolio as on a single house — they just show up as clean scope, straight answers and no surprises at closeout.

Commercial Roofing Questions
What commercial roof systems does Blue Roofing work on?
TPO and other single-ply membranes, modified bitumen and built-up assemblies, composition asphalt shingles on multifamily buildings, and metal roof systems, along with roof-related metal, coatings and gutter work.
Do you bid work for general contractors?
Yes. Send drawings, specifications and the bid date and we will return a roofing takeoff and price for your proposal. We also handle negotiated scope on ground-up commercial and multifamily construction.
Can a commercial roof be repaired instead of replaced?
Often, yes. Membrane seams, flashings, penetrations and localized storm damage can usually be repaired. Replacement makes sense when the field of the membrane or the substrate below it has failed across the roof rather than in isolated spots. We tell you which one you are looking at.
How do you handle a hail or wind loss on a multi-building property?
We inspect and document each building, put the damage into a single scope, and work that scope through the insurance assessment with the owner or management company. Blue Roofing then carries out the roofing and the roof-related trades included in the claim.
Where does Blue Roofing perform commercial work?
Across North Texas, from Fort Worth to Forney and Waxahachie to Pottsboro. Our office is at 2408 E Trinity Mills Rd. STE 120, Carrollton, TX 75006.
Who runs commercial projects at Blue Roofing?
Founder and CEO Andrew Holden, whose background is in commercial construction management. Blue Roofing has been in business since 2018 and has completed over 1,000 projects.
